TIRES MAY DEVELOP SEPARATION OF THE REINFORCING PLIES FROM THE RUBBER COMPOUND. TIRES FAILED THE HIGH SPEED TEST REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 109, "NEW PNEUMATIC TIRES."
