Do You Have a Cooper Tire Failure Case?
Tire and vehicle manufacturers, including Cooper, can be held accountable when passengers and drivers die or experience serious injuries in rollovers, roof crushes, tire blowouts, tread separations and other major accidents. In these events, make sure to maintain possession of tires, tire treads, broken tire pieces and the vehicle involved in the accident – all of this counts as essential evidence of crashworthiness that can make or break your case. Never send anything back to the manufacturer without first consulting an experienced personal injury attorney.
