THIS CONDITION WILL DEVELOP A VISIBLE CIRCUMFERENTIAL CRACK OR BULGE ABOVE THE RIM FLANGE. CONTINUED OPERATION MAY CAUSE THE PLY CORDS TO PART AND EXPOSE OR PINCH THE INNER TUBE, POSSIBLY RESULTING IN LOSS OF INFLATING AIR.
