Lawsuits for Bridgestone NHTSA Violations
If a Bridgestone Dueler A/T 693 is responsible for a rollover or other accident resulting in a serious injury to you or a loved one, it may be possible to take legal action against the manufacturer. However, to do so you must work closely with an experienced personal injury attorney and maintain a close eye on your vehicle as well as the damaged or defective tire itself and any broken pieces. Never return them to the manufacturer without the permission of your lawyer, as doing so could rob you of the critical evidence needed to win your case.
